TrueMove Collective t/a CPR (Leeds) Ltd
1. Appointment
The Client appoints us to act as an independent sourcing agent for buying, renting, or investment purposes.
2. Services
2.1 Property Sourcing: Searching, liaising with agents, arranging viewings, negotiating (if instructed).
2.2 Tenant Sourcing: Identifying rental options, liaising with agents/landlords, arranging viewings, advising on referencing.
2.3 Exclusions: No legal/financial advice, surveys, tenancy management, or Right to Rent checks.
3. Fees
Fixed sourcing fees are published on the website or in writing. Payable upon successful offer or rental placement.
Refurbishment/repairs billed separately by CPR (Leeds) Ltd.
4. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate information, attend viewings, complete referencing, check the suitability of properties/tenancies, and conduct due diligence.
5. Data Sharing Consent
We may share necessary data with sales agents, letting agents, landlords, auction houses, contractors, solicitors, or brokers.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for referencing outcomes, rejected offers/applications, survey results, tenancy disputes, or decisions by landlords/agents.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate in writing, giving 14 days’ notice. Fees remain due for properties introduced during the Agreement.
8. Governing Law
English & Welsh law applies.
